Pitching Sessions

As part of the Trade Mission; participants are given the opportunity to participate in pitch sessions.

During a pitch session, the participating organizations present their business/product/service to an audience of companies, investors, business agencies, associations and policymakers.

Each organization will have 5 minutes for their pitch (3’ for presentation and 2’ for questions and answering).

The pitch session will be divided in 2 parallel sessions:

  • Session A: Market ready and research cooperation pitches
  • Session B: Startup pitches

After the pitch session you will have the opportunity to interact with the investors and other participants of the event during the matchmaking sessions. Participants will be able to request a meeting with you before as well as during the pitch session.

Pitch sessions are recorded and participants may use these recordings for their own marketing materials later. If you’d prefer not to be recorded, that’s also okay.

All pitch sessions are judged by a panel of international government agency judges who will then present either a “Runners Up” or a “Winners” award – which will then be presented at the Go Global Awards dinner on the 21st October 2022.

There is no cost to pitch or win an award. This is an entirely free program for qualified participants.  (Participants in the Trade Mission and Go Global Awards pay their own travel expenses  to/from Estonia).
